Dulmes Décor Carpet One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
• Learn our computer program to verify inventory, check stock and receive products
• Identify problems or missing pieces with received shipments
• Stage products for the following day
• Effectively communicate with installers, customers and fellow employees
• Delegate projects/duties based on importance
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Operate forklift or other equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be a team player
• Forklift operation- willing to train
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Position Details:

• Full time hours between 7:00am-4:00pm
• No weekends
