"The Spirit of St. Louis” Movie - (920) 467-2043
The Aviation Heritage Center will be showing the movie, “The Spirit of St. Louis” at 7pm on a 36-foot movie screen. “The Spirit of St. Louis” was released in 1957 and follows the life and career of Lindbergh, focusing on his historic transatlantic flight. Doors open at 6:30 pm. At 6:45 pm, local aviation historian Dan Miller, will introduce the film and provide some aviation facts related to the movie. The movie is free and beverages, candy and freshly popped popcorn will be available for purchase. For your own comfort, we suggest you bring a lawn chair, sleeping bag or blanket to sit on. Folding chairs will be available as well.

Alice in Dairyland, the state's agricultural ambassador, will be selected following three days of interviews, public appearances, agri-business tours and speeches culminating in a banquet and finale at the beautiful Stefanie H. Weill Center in Sheboygan on May 16 .  This is the first time that the Alice in Dairyland finals come to Sheboygan County in its 61-year history.

Dan Clausen of New Holstein is the director and Freddie Noordyk of Plymouth is the accompanist for this 8th annual PAC concert. "Third Saturdays" series are a great way to meet history experts, local history buffs and learn about our local history through displays, presentations, demonstrations, handouts and hands-on activities. Held at the Sheboygan County Museum, the "Third Saturdays" series is held from 10-3 pm. Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for children (7-12 years). Children aged 6 years and under are free. See history unfold before your eyes as students from the Plymouth High School Drama Class and volunteers appear in period costume to portray early Plymouth settlers at various grave sites. The reenactors will tell you about the lives they once lived and the impact they had on our community. Tour is held at the Union Cemetery from 1 to 3 pm. You may take the tour at your own pace. The Sheboygan County Museum invites you to their fish boil. The menu includes cod, vegetables, dessert and beverage. Takeouts are available. Cost includes meal and museum admission. Museum complex is comprised of a stately brick building; the 1864 Weinhold Family Homestead; the 1890’s Schuchardt Barn; and the 1867 Bodenstab Cheese Factory. Get your game on at soccer camp held at Quit Qui Oc Sports Complex, 1555 Riverview Road. Soccer enthusiasts between the ages of 5-18 are welcome. As part of the 18th Annual Civil War Weekend, this program is designed to provide memorable Civil War-era, hands-on encounters for the region's fifth graders. Guests participate in a special Hearthside Dinner program, living the history of the 1860s as they work together to prepare a meal in the kitchens of the Wade House stagecoach inn. Menu consists of Squash Soup, Pork Loin Roast, Red Cabbage with Apples, Mashed Turnips, Glazed Carrots, Cranberry Muffins, Bread Pudding, Cider Cake, cider and coffee. Participants will enjoy the fruits of their labors in the Wade House dining room. At the conclusion of the day, everyone pitches in to clear the table, wash the dishes (19th-century style), and sweep the hearth. $45 per person. Event time is 11am-3pm. Hearthside dinners are limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 registrants on each date. Private dinners can also be arranged for your special group or family.
