โข Lead development and implementation of the Chamberโs Strategic Plan
โข Build strong relationships with businesses, civic leaders, and community partners
โข Oversee budgeting and financial management
โข Plan and execute key community events and programming
โข Lead marketing, communications, and tourism initiatives
โข Manage staff and office operations
